PARTIES DURING PRIVATE HOURS
Fewer than 15 requires a venue fee of $250 dollars, and a minimum of $400 dollars catering (food or drinks), a cleaning fee of $100, plus tax and 18%gratuity is required.
15 - 25 guests - No venue fee, however a minimum of $600 dollars catering (food and drinks), a $125.00 cleaning fee, plus tax and 18% gratuity is required.
26-40 guests - No venue fee, a minimum of $1200 dollars catering (food and drinks), a $175.00 cleaning fee, plus tax and 18% gratuity is required.

GRANDIOSO- Afternoon tea experience, shareable by 2, includes 3 macarons, 9 sandwiches, fruit, cheeses, scones, butter and jam. $25 per person.
